Unless a delay takes place due to COVID-19, orders will take 7-14 business days to ship. We are going through an unbelievable phase of staff turnover, supply chain disruptions, and COVID-19 related shutdowns that have severely impacted processing, shipping, and delivery.  Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments are processed. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer. Shipping time does not include processing. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email, just email us at customer.service@freresbranchiaux.com and we will send it to you.

Returns/Refunds/Damaged Items:

All sales are final. Please purchase Route insurance with your order to be compensated for any items broken during delivery or upon arrival OR if a package is missing or stolen. If you do not purchase insurance, you will have to file a damage/missing claim with the shipping carrier.
Please contact us within seven (7) calendar days after receipt if there is an issue with your order.
Because we are a small company, we cannot modify or cancel orders after payment confirmation.
