Class Policies
Pick-Up + Shipping Info
• Your candles will be ready the next business day after your class.
• Pickups are available between 12PM - 3PM.
• Prefer shipping? We’ll send them your way for a flat rate.
Cancellations + Late Policy
• Need to reschedule or cancel? Please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or to move your booking.
• We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to settle in and get comfy.
• Out of respect for others, we start on time! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to begin without you - and no refunds can be offered.
• Free parking is available in the front of the building and extra spaces are around back.
A Few More Things
• Class size is capped at 6 guests to keep things cozy.
• Participants must be at least 15 years old, accompanied by a supervised adult with a purchased ticket
• Online reservations are required.
• Want to guarantee you’re in the same class as your friends? Have one person book for the whole group!
• Interested in a private workshop? We ask for 6–8 people minimum and at least 2 - 4 weeks’ notice to plan.
• To book a private event for your group or business, send us a note through our Contact Page. (Please note: Private classes include a 5% service charge.)
